You Will Program Summary 24-month cross-functional rotation program. Participants complete three 8-month rotations in areas such as:
Manufacturing/Operations, Corporate Engineering, Ecology and Safety, Maintenance, and Research and Development (R&D). The program has a technical focus. Assignments can be in a variety of locations throughout the U.S. May lead to opportunities in a variety of disciplines within the organization. What can the Engineering PDP do for you? Develop technical expertise, network at senior levels throughout BASF, and explore possible career tracks within the company. Enhance career development and deliver value to BASF through the planned assignments. Commitment to relocate anywhere in the U.S. Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Outstanding work ethic. Agility/Leadership Potential. Active participation in extracurricular activities and on-campus organizations. Bilingual a plus. Previous internship/co-op experience.
