Reconciliation Analyst

Job Purpose:
The Reconciliation Analyst is responsible for ensuring MHA members such as long-term care pharmacies and home infusion clinics have access to eligible contract pricing through authorized MHA Wholesalers and Distributors. This person will ensure that our Wholesalers and Distributors have properly loaded Vendor contracts and attached members to contracts while resolving member access and pricing issues.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Interact with MHA Wholesalers/Distributors, Sales, Internal Operations and Trade Relations Teams to ensure contracts and members are properly loaded and confirmed at wholesale and distributor levels
Generate, research, analyze and audit Wholesaler/Distributor sales data reports in order to resolve pricing or member eligibility issues
Provide monthly audit reports generated from Wholesaler/Distributor data to coordinate issuance of credit and rebill payments to members
Communicate member demographic profile changes (e.g. DEA#/HIN) and vendor contract changes to Wholesalers/Distributors to ensure chargebacks are properly processed
Investigate member eligibility and vendor contract related inquires submitted by internal sales team and by Wholesalers/Distributors
Provide sales support to ensure members have access to eligible contracts through Wholesalers/Distributors
Produce ad hoc reports as requested by Management and internal departments
Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor/Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required

years of data analysis experience where attention to detail and high degree of accuracy is the standard
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-lookup)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, well organized and the ability to self-manage and work with minimal guidance.
Must have a good attitude, interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with Vendors and other external parties.
Ability to comprehensively review and interpret data in order to apply corporate procedures for processing data.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify and resolve data issues in a timely manner.
Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to prioritize work and function independently.
Professional demeanor in performing job responsibilities and when interacting with others.
Attendance and punctuality with commitment to arrive to work on time and ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent.
