Nestl Nutrition is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join its Corporate Headquarters team in Florham Park, NJ.
This position will provide Human Resource Business Partner Support to the Nestl Nutrition corporate teams specifically, the Retail Sales organization.
This role is Responsible for HR strategic solutions for assigned client groups to ensure people strategies are aligned with business strategies including: employee engagement, talent and performance management, organization design and development, workforce planning and budgeting, employee relations and communications, compensation administration, training, recruitment services and overall enforcement of Company values, HR policies and procedures.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and execute HR actions/initiatives in line with the Nestl Nutrition Business and HR Strategy and the function strategies to drive higher engagement and enablement of employees, instill a culture of trust, high performance.
Define and execute Strategic People plans to support the function strategy and objectives
Help managers enhance their teams and maximize talent by providing expertise in organization design and development, capability building, workforce planning and talent management.
Act as an HR advisor to people managers in regards with employee engagement, talent performance, career management, total rewards and recognition, engagement and communication, job profiles and talent selection, learning and training, and employee relations.
Assist people managers in defining individual development plans for them and their team members as well as supporting them in the execution of performance improvement plans in line with company policies.
Ensure the implementation and execution of Nestl HR practices within designated client groups.
Help managers in the interpretation and communication of Nestl & I (engagement program) survey results and in the definition of action plans to increase engagement and enablement of their personnel.
Develop and facilitate training sessions on HR topics as part of the new hire orientation, Harassment Avoidance, Diversity, Employee Development, and others according to expertise/specialization.
Conduct key People Management meetings to support strategic HR processes.
REQUIREMENTS, MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL, AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor s (BA or BS) in Business, HR Management or related field.
Master s degree preferred, in Business or HR concentration
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources/Employee Relations.
Human Resource experience would include HR Business Partner roles in large, fast-paced, complex organizations.
In addition, familiarity with and experience in recruitment, employee relations, employee communications, coaching, HR Analytics and compensation administration.
PHR or SPHR Certification is preferred.
Experience supporting Retail Sales is a plus.
Must be able to travel domestically approximately 20-30%
Must be technologically skilled; must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
Experience with the following HR Technologies/Systems preferred: SAP, Success Factors, and Taleo.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
