Our growing Health Industries Advisory practice provides management, technology and risk consulting services to help healthcare institutions around the world to anticipate and address their most complex business challenges. Our practitioners are supported by a dedicated health research unit, which is managed by a physician partner and provides our clients with cutting-edge intelligence, perspective, and analysis on issues transforming the health industry. Our professionals have deep health industry expertise and include physicians, nurses, system specialists, health policy analysts, actuaries, financial advisors, and data analysts. The Healthcare Advisory practice is aligned across: Healthcare Provider, Healthcare Payers, and Pharmaceutical and Life Science.
Our Risk & Regulatory consultants help clients understand and address their enterprise risk and regulatory profile. This high performing team advises clients on the overall management and performance of their business, with a focus in compliance management, business continuity, risk and governance, and treasury management.
Our Risk & Compliance advisors work with a diverse spectrum of pharmaceutical, medical device and life science companies to address their most complex global compliance and risk management challenges. Specifically, we advise on and create comprehensive compliance strategies; evaluate the effectiveness of, and develop and implement enhancement to, corporate compliance programs; assess business risk profiles across the value chain and design and implement enhancements to business process, compliance controls, enabling systems and data; design and manage compliance monitoring programs, including outsourcing support; advise compliance audit programming and planning with deep and broad subject matter specialists; support responses to regulatory investigations and subpoenas; serve as Compliance Experts for Boards of Director; assist with readiness for Corporate Integrity Agreements; and function as Independent Review Organization under Corporate Integrity Agreements.

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor s degree
Degree(s) Preferred: Advanced degree (i.e. Juris Doctor, Masters of Business Administration, Masters of Public Health)
Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge of, and success performing on, commercial sales and marketing operations and compliance-related consulting engagements within a top consulting firm and/or experience in a management level position within commercial operations and compliance for a pharmaceutical and life science company.
Proven extensive success in both commercial operations and compliance process environments, including prior industry experience in either and/or both disciplines is preferred:
-Commercial Operations, including developing, analyzing and assessing sales and marketing processes; prior industry experience in sales management, account management, in-line brand marketing and/or marketing support, professional campaign development, sales operations, marketing operations, marketing sciences are preferred. Deep understanding of how companies strategize, organize, and execute against commercial business demands in pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology industries is needed.
-Corporate and business unit compliance, including developing, analyzing and assessing corporate compliance programs; constructing, monitoring and auditing programs; managing internal risk assessment and investigations, collaborating with organization management to design, build and integrate compliance controls into the scope of existing business practices; developing and delivering compliance training, and managing incident management systems.
-Development of solutions related to strategy, operations and management in a number of functional areas of corporations or start-up companies.

-Communicating with, and managing, external clients and internal staff in an organized and knowledgeable manner.
-Leveraging project management and project facilitation skills, especially with leading and facilitating teams and developing client proposals.
-Managing multiple, complex projects with medium to large staff teams.
-Identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.
-Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
