Job Description:
The Global Independence group performs as the implementation arm of the Global Independence Leadership Team, responsible for assisting the territory independence leaders. The Global Independence functions have a direct impact on the activities of territory-level independence compliance and risk management leaders and staff. More generally, the systems and processes impact personal decisions regarding financial (investment and borrowing) activities and business decisions regarding the independence impact of prospective work and business arrangements. The Global Independence group - back office team has operations support responsibility for global independence compliance systems, processes and project initiatives as directed by the Global Independence Leadership Team (GILT) and managed by the Global Independence Operations Leader
Position/Program Requirements:
Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrated knowledge of: Existing systems and processes to the formulation of an approach to continuous improvement. Skills Preferred: Demonstrate ability to: Work with large data sets and multiple data analysis tools and techniques Document each of the data analytics processes Execute SQL queries to retrieve data necessary to evaluate a compliance related matter Work with advanced features of Excel including the ability to create and manipulate pivot tables Perform root cause analysis to identify data or system issues Proven ability to liaise with supervisors, team and project leads, as well as policy and other risk management functions, to resolve challenging problems and, when appropriate, exercise initiative and independent judgment to resolve problems expeditiously The Global Independence Data Analytics Senior Associate is responsible for collaborating and teaming with Ethics & Compliance Operations by providing information, guidance, and working towards completion of formal and ad-hoc activities within the Back Office Operations group. Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 3 Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required: Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
