Nestl Wyeth Nutrition has an exciting global opportunity for an In-Market Premium Lead to join our offices in Florham Park, NJ.
The first 12 months of this role will be based in Florham Park, NJ. This rolerequiresrelocation to the designated International Market after 1 year.
This role has global responsibility and will lead, develop and execute the business strategy to successfully enter premium Infant Formula segment in new markets aligned with the Business Strategic Plan. Global In Market Lead to transition responsibility to Country Business Manager and ensure CBM lead and develop the Country team to ensure employee engagement and delivery of business objectives.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop and execute the new market Strategic Business Plan in alignment with the Global Business strategy
Develop new market operational plan including: building new organizational team and developing commerical launch programs with dedicated medical delegate team
Recruit and develop field force productivity and effectiveness
Recruit, coach and lead the development and training of dedicated premium marketing and field force delegate teams ; Enforce strict compliance to all relevant regulations and policies
Work with NiM (Nestle Market team) to ensure effective cooperation, shared services and synergies
Establish strong, sustainable relationships with KOL's, regulatory and government bodies
Effective P&L management
Experience/Education:
MBA required
15 years of related work experience in the pharmaceutical, nutritional or FMCG industry
Experience supporting and driving a Global business required
The first 12 months of this role will be based in Florham Park, NJ. This rolerequiresrelocation to the designated International Market after 1 year.
Over a sustained period of time has demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategy and delivering financial results
Experience in both Marketing and Sales, particularly in the Premium category, will be an added advantage
Previous experience relocating to and living in an International market is recommended
Demonstrated success in managing diverse teams and creating a sustainable high performance culture
Experience of working in a matrix environment with the ability to influence those outside the circle of direct authority
Experience in setting up and launching a business required
Has demonstrated the ability to manage tough situations such as turn arounds, restructuring, downsizing etc.
