The Lead Cook is responsible for administering all PM line duties, included prep and production of food items for all food outlets providing a la carte, buffet dining, banquet dining and room service offerings and ensures that food quality standards meet hotel, guest and State hygiene standards. The position pays a starting rate of $15.75 per hour and includes benefits such as Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Medical insurance, company paid short and long term disability benefits and company paid life insurance. This is a PM shift requiring candidates to work the afternoon until 11.30pm/midnight, but is based on operational demand and may vary from week to week. Includes both weekday and weekend shifts. Holidays are required, based on operational demand.
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of three years job related experience. A degree or certificate from a culinary program is preferred. Prior experience within a conference hotel setting is preferred but not required. Prior supervisory experience preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
