The Manager Core Configurations & Work Requests is a new position in the Global Business Systems Organization. This role will be responsible for designing and executing strategy to streamline and automate SAP core configuration.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Design a global strategy when it comes to Standard configuration in the form of Core Configuration as well as Work Requests.
Coordinate the design of the Core Configuration and Work Requests, while collaborating with the Process Designer group as well as the Business Solution Consultant's group.
Ensure compliance with the GMP organization, Corporate Audit, and other stakeholder groups as this function expands to other areas in the future
Create and own the GSKC change management process for describing, documenting, testing, validating, and promoting new Core Configuration and Work Requests within the SAP, Cobalt Verbund Environment. Also Responsible for leading the technological development activities related to Automating any of these tasks.
Partner with the Lean Six Sigma organization in developing the real world use of the DMAIC planning method and structure with all initiatives that are undertaken in our area.
Works closely with Global Supply Chain and Information Systems management to ensure that the projects in this area align with our Global Supply Chain and Information Systems strategies. This will require periodic update to the BRM as well as GSET.
## Description
Bachelors Degree required
Master's Degree in Management preferred
Lean six Sigma training - Yellow belt
10 years of business process related experience.
Expertise of SAP Cobalt Verbund and interface architechture between SAP and Web applications required.
Knowledge of web based tools; SAP BAPI''s and Adobe
Experience in large scale implementation projects in a management capacity.
Superior communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to collaborate accross cultures
