Summary:
WorkMarket, an ADP Company, is the leading platform for on-demand workforce management.
Our cloud-based Freelance Management System (FMS) is used by today's companies to organize, manage and pay their freelancers and independent contractors.

As an Implementation Consultant, you'll analyze client use cases, align with client on their needs, determine a client solution, configure the WorkMarket application, validate the client solution and train client users to create exceptional on-boarding experiences for each implementation.
You'll combine your analytic, consultative and project management skills with your ability to simplify complex information-you help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our management solutions with ease.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage client-specific project plans, aligning client timelines with internal dependenciesCoordinate technical resources to ensure integration solutions are aligned with business goals & timelinesImplement ADP's solutions to clients, following ADP guidelines, and in accordance with client expectationsApply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurationsEnsure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timelinessTrain client users on all aspects of the WorkMarket platform and consult on best practicesCommunicate consistently with client to resolve issues and provide solutionsEnsure accuracy of all aspects of client set upRemain engaged with client throughout implementation, until client is successfully running ADP solutionsMaintain and expand knowledge and proficiency on implementation job function, ADP products/services and implementation best practicesParticipate in internal process improvement projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience3
years of experience working in a Business-to-Business client implementation, with any combination of consulting, SaaS implementation, Payroll implementation, project management or account management environmentExperience driving multi-faceted project plans with many client stakeholdersCan easily learn and adopt new technologies as a front end userComfortable working in a lightly structured environment; flexibility to adapt client solution configuration and training approached based on scenarioThe ability to learn and apply concepts in new situationsStrong client relationship skillsProven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demandsAbility to lead teams to accomplish tasksMust be comfortable working in a performance-based environment while demonstrating high ethical standardsExcellent analytical skills and time management skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenMust be proficient using Microsoft OfficeDiversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADP:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
