Your Responsibilities As our part-time Reconciliation Clerk, you'll work directly with our Senior Accountant, Accounting Assistant, and Accounting Clerk to keep our accounts accurate and up-to-date.
We'll train you to do things like:
Reconcile credit card and bank statements.
Investigate discrepancies between credit card charges and QuickBooks.
Compare bank deposits to QuickBooks and resolve any differences.
Reconcile credit card fees with our electronic health system.
Perform other tasks as needed.

Required Education, Skills & Experience High-school degree or equivalent One-year minimum experience with QuickBooks Excellent attention to detail Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfort with technology (familiarity with Microsoft Office--but you don't need to be an expert) Experience with electronic health records a plus Schedule & Location This is a part-time position, approximately 20 to 25 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow to a full-time position.
Most of your work will be done when others are available from 9-5 Monday through Friday.
All work will be done at our offices in Florham Park, New Jersey.
