Your Responsibilities As our Medical Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be our patients' first point of contact whenever they call, contact us electronically, or come to our office.
You'll help patients look better and feel better about themselves by making it easy for them to reach us, explore their treatment options, and make and change appointments.
You'll do things like:
Greet patients as they enter the office and sign them in for their appointments.
Respond to phone, email, text, and web communications from patients.
Schedule, confirm, and change appointments for consultations and treatments.
using our practice management computer system.
Gather information from patients, answer questions, and transfer calls to expert staff.
Learn about the many surgical and non-surgical treatments we provide now, and as they evolve in the future.
Perform other duties as requested.

Required Education, Skills & Experience High-school degree or equivalent One-year minimum medical receptionist experience Excellent attention to detail Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent listening skills and cheerful Adaptable to different personality types Experience with tools for electronic health records a plus Proficient with technology (familiarity with Microsoft tools a plus) Schedule & Location This is a part-time position, approximately 20 to 25 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow to full-time.
Your hours would normally be scheduled for times when the office is open for patients, or 9-5 Monday through Friday.
All work will be done at our offices in Florham Park, New Jersey.
