Busy private multi-doctor practice seeking Medical Receptionist who is looking for a career, not just a job.
The ideal candidate is reliable and professional, has excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time.
Excellent customer service is a must.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones & directing calls appropriately Scheduling appointments Checking in & checking out patients Verifying insurance Scanning documents Maintaining Electronic Patient Paperwork These responsibilities come with training.
We are willing to train an enthusiastic learner with a strong work ethic.
Experience:
Computer Proficient Medical receptionist experience is a plus but not required.
We are willing to train and offer opportunities for certification.
