com Job Purpose:
The Manager, Vendor Rebates & Reporting (MVRR) will streamline and build out the audit and rebate functionality of the department.
The MVRR role is responsible for ensuring MHA and Navigator's manufacturer, brand, volume allowance and offeror rebate data is processed, validated, and administered on a timely basis.
Additionally, the MVRR will oversee the audit functionality for escalation and transparency purposes.
This role will eliminate the current silos that exist between vendor reconciliation, administrative fee reporting and rebates all of which are impacted by audits or inaccurate data and payment reporting.
The MVRR will ensure the implementation and continuous enhancements of the Rebate Module and audit processes.
The MVRR will ensure supervision and development of the Vendor Reconciliation and Rebate Analysts through education and training, hiring and separation and will interact with other departments to provide informative support and resolution of issues.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily activities of the Vendor Reconciliation and Rebate Analysts and act as coach/mentor while assisting on activities when necessary Ensuring MHA and Navigator's manufacturer, brand, volume allowance and offeror rebate processes are completed in a timely & accurate manner Ensuring all audit and rebate data accurately flows through respective applications Identifying, analyzing, and rectifying data and reporting discrepancies; acknowledge inaccuracy and instill preventative measures and proper training Ensuring collecting, appending and validating of rebate payments and audit findings and administering weekly and monthly backup and escalations for payouts Ensuring ad hoc and periodic reports are run timely and sent to appropriate parties Maintaining continuous updates on Process Documentation Addressing issues and questions related to processes Delegating daily tasks and follow-up related to rebate and ad hoc/periodic reports Hiring, training and conducting regular reviews of direct reports to ensure productivity, accuracy and cohesion amongst team Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor Degree /Associate's Degree OR equivalent work experience required.

years accounting data analysis experience where attention to detail and high degree of accuracy is the standard.
Ability to efficiently enter data into corporate applications completely and accurately.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel (Pivot Tables, V-lookup), Word, and Outlook.
Proficiency in Cognos software application.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, well organized and the ability to self-manage and work with minimal guidance.
Must have good attitude, interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with Vendors and other external parties.
Ability to comprehensively review and interpret data in order to apply corporate procedures for processing data.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify and resolve data issues in a timely manner.
Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to prioritize work and function independently.
Professional demeanor in performing job responsibilities and when interacting with others.
Attendance and punctuality with commitment to arrive to work on time and ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent.
