Diverse Markets Marketing Analyst

Position DescriptionThe Diverse Markets Marketing Analyst will provide marketing support for ADP's Diverse Markets Channel to help grow the market share within ADP's partnerships.
Primary responsibilities will include project managing tradeshows, events, and supporting go-to-market planning and campaign reporting.
This position requires a self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The candidate will engage with agency partners, our sales teams, marketing teams as well as cross functional partners to help support programs and assist in bringing them to life.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities with a professional, can-do attitude.
This role will be reporting into SBS Franchise Marketing but will be supporting the marketing needs for all ADP Business Units that manage franchise partnerships.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Manage all aspects of supporting partner launch and campaign execution including tradeshows, events, and email campaigns.
Project manage campaign set up, reporting and analytics on campaigns.
Produce and execute various internal documents to communicate budget and campaign metrics using power points, excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, charts/graphs and/or other communication documents.
Produce monthly situation reporting for department including project status reports, campaign analytics and progress versus goalsAttend calls with agencies to track all marketing deliverables and report on progressQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
At least three years of marketing experienceExpertise with Microsoft Office, with experience in Excel Pivot Tables and Data scrubbingExperience with Adobe and Project Management ToolsExperience with marketing campaigns, hierarchies, marcom tech and reporting toolsPREFERRED
Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
Prior experience as a collaborator on multi touch campaignsExpertise with HubSpot, JotForm, SurveyMonkey,Trello, Tableau and SalesforceExperience with project management tools and structured methodologiesKnowledge of functional area and related company productsExcellent organizational, planning and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activitiesExcellent communication, presentation and facilitation skillsCommitment to being accountable for resultsCapacity for building relationships both internally and externallyStrong focus on client serviceAbility to think independently and make decisionsStrong interpersonal skillsCollaborative approach to work Recommended Skills Adobe Communication Coordinating Customer Relationship Management Data Analysis Excel Pivot Tables Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
