Account Executive - Recreational Vehicle Dealer

You will be is responsible for the third party origination channel for Recreational Vehicles (RV) loans. Responsibilities include driving participation with third parties and coordinating product roll-outs to ensure overall return for the organization. The Account Executive RV Dealer will have command of the facts and particulars of each product line and serves as the in-house expert for the product suite. Work requires building close relationships with internal Alliant partners to ensure channel success. Conducts comparative analysis against competitors and provides competitive research and market intelligence on product direction and features. In addition, the Account Executive RV Dealer will be responsible for gathering and reviewing required documents to sign-up new dealerships to the indirect program through third party channels, as well as, monitor, manage and leverage dealer volume and relationships to ensure balanced and sustainable volume. Resources to do the job require knowledge of lending products and Credit Union policies, processes and procedures. General supervision is received from the Director, Wholesale Consumer Lending Partnerships. Responsibilities Do you see yourself doing this? Third-Party Management Responsibilities (100%):
Builds business by identifying and selling prospect clients on Alliant's indirect RV program Recognizes business opportunities by evaluating and analyzing clients position in the industry, origination potential, and willingness to be mutually beneficial business partners Drives originations by establishing contact and developing relationships with dealer clients recommending solutions and alternatives Sustains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending profit and service improvements Identifies program enhancements or alternatives by remaining current on industry trends, market activity, and competitors Formulates reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information Emphasizes quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards and ethics Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending industry conferences or seminars, reviewing industry publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies Contributes to well defined team efforts, helping develop industry standards of excellence in policy and procedures Other (all times):
Monitors credit union industry sales and service trends and keeps abreast of technological changes and opportunities within the lending area Adhere to and ensure compliance of all business transactions with policy and process of the Bank Secrecy Act Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, company procedures and policies. Maintains integrity and ethics in all actions and conversations with or regarding credit union members and their accounts; complies with Privacy Act directives. Where permitted by applicable law, successful applicants to this position must either have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered (proof of vaccination is required), or be willing to submit a negative COVID-19 test result in advance of each visit to an Alliant facility. Qualifications What makes you a great fit? You'll be a great fit if in addition to the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field and minimum of five
years of experience in Consumer Lending, and you have:
Experience with Indirect Consumer Lending relationships Strong organizational, collaborative and consultative skills Effective interpersonal and communication skills Advanced computer skills utilizing MS Office Suite of products This position will require traveling. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
