Administrative Assistant Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Florham Park, NJ team. The hours are 8:30am-5pm (30 minute lunch) and this role is hybrid with Tuesday-Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remote.Responsibilities: Assist with administering and monitoring finance and compliance policies and procedures Prepare finance and compliance reports for clients; monthly and quarterly Reconcile corporate credit cards with matching invoices and receipts.
